Although it was a bit disappointing that kayaking is now charged, the staff were incredibly kind and made our anniversary truly special and memorable. Even with so many pools around, the air never felt humid — the whole resort was clean, fresh, and comfortable. There was also a power outage across Mactan Island, but Plantation Bay remained safe and secure, which made us feel even more grateful.
