"I had a wonderful experience staying at this hotel. What truly stood out was the excellent customer service. Every staff member was professional, friendly, and clearly dedicated to their role. From the front desk to housekeeping and the restaurant team, everyone made me feel welcomed and well taken care of. The accommodation was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The room was organized, relaxing, and had everything I needed for a pleasant stay. It’s clear that the hotel puts effort into ensuring guests are comfortable. The food was also a highlight of my stay. Meals were fresh, well-prepared, and full of flavor. There was a good variety, and everything I tried was satisfying. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel for its outstanding service, comfortable accommodations, and great food. The staff truly make the experience special, and I would definitely stay here again."

"Room needs updating. Carpet was wrinkling, seat cushions worn out, needs painted, pools are nice, but broken fountains and worn out padding. Food was mediocre and overall facilities need serious maintenance "

"Have stayed here here multiple times on travels to Cebu. It is a decent mid-tier property and extremely convenient to the Ayala Mall which can keep you occupied and fed with so many dining options. The staff are all extremely happy and pleasant when dealing with you. And several remember me from prior visits. The buffet meals are good food with many options/selections at each meal. (Breakfast was included in my rate). Room service was a good experience as well. My one "Pet Peeve" is they don't provide a "hand towel" in the bathroom...Only Bath towels. That issue was easily "self-corrected" with a $2 USD (100P) purchase at Ayala."

"What a beautiful hotel with the Spanish decor. The pools were lovely as was the beach. Food was amazing in Brisas Restaurant. They have almost finished renovating the main dining area and it’s going to be beautiful. The staff were all so friendly. We were there for 3 nights during the Middle East war so it was very quiet and we had the beach and amenities to ourselves. I highly recommend this hotel."
