"The hotel Is in a great location with easy access to all NYC has to offer. The staff was helpful, the beds were comfy and rooms were quiet. That being said, the hotel needs a major update, especially the bathrooms. Missing grout, a shower drain that was stuck and dirty, lights did not work. The elevators were very rickety. They also charge a $40/day resort fee that you can recover some of if you take advantage of the market in the lobby. The cost of items in the market are ridiculously high and priced so that no matter what you purchase, you will end up spending more than the $15 daily voucher. I would likely not stay here again. It’s overpriced for what you get. "

"You can’t beat the location of this hotel for the price! It is a typical NYC hotel with very small rooms. The room and bathroom were nice and updated. There was a mini fridge and bath products. Also, there was an ice and water bottle-filling station outside our door. We were on a high floor and it was fairly quiet. There was a bit of a blip checking in but they worked it out. I wish there were more places to sit and eat in the lobby area. We grabbed bagels and coffee takeout one morning and even though they gave a dining area, the tables were blocked off. There also is a rooftop bar but it closes rather early so we never got to see it."

"The staff was very helpful with directions. The hotel is in a good location. There was hair on the bed though. And the mattress was way too hard. The shower also had very limited hot water "

"Great location- right in Times Square and cross the street and youa re at the entrance to the Museum of Broadway! Staff were super nice and efficient. Held our luggage and save the key for a free bathroom! The hotel is a little outdated and needs a little love but the bed was comfortable and lots of pillows with a great city view."

"The bathroom was sparkling, and well supplied. The AC was confusing, couldn’t get the temperature right, it was often stuffy. The breakfast menu was loaded with carbs, and only one choice of breakfast meat. There was remodeling going on which made the lobby very congested. I had an issue trying to purchase a soda and chips, it didn’t accept cash, and wouldn’t allow me to charge it to my room. I would stay at this location again, after the construction is completed."
