"Room was clean but all drawers were left open and pull out coach didn’t have cushions put back in place. Not sure they were really ready for us to check in even though it was an hour after the check in time."

"BEWARE! The staff is very unprofessional here. I had a very outrageous experience at this location upon trying to check-in. As I pulled into the parking lot, a vehicle sped across the lot and cut me off, very close to my vehicle. I honked at that car and continued to park. After I did so, I noticed that prior vehicle circled back around and stopped in front of my vehicle and began yelling and flipping me off. We had a verbal altercation when she mentioned that she worked there! So, she ran inside and told the other front desk lady to not let me in or to check-in. She drove dangerously, I honked, she blocked me in and cussed at me, I cussed back, and then she didn’t allow me to stay. I absolutely DO NOT recommend this hotel & I will happily take my money elsewhere."

"The room was very spacious and clean. We checked in the same day after having a horrible experience at another hotel, so we were happy they had availability. The cost is very fair, as well! Front desk staff was friendly and courteous. The free breakfast was decent. There was an odd smell on the 4th floor hallway, maybe from an old vacuum bag or something, but it wasn't terrible. Parking was abundant and overall felt safe. Property is locked and you can only get in if you have a key card, so the extra security was nice. Cons: The walls are very thin, so take earplugs of you're a light sleeper. The elevator was janky and could use a big update."

"Great place to stay! Clean, updated, somewhat quiet area, great burger restaurant attached to hotel, and nice indoor pool and spa. HUGE shout-out to Wade at the front desk! We've stayed here a few times, and he's always been so friendly, helpful, professional and goes above and beyond for guests!"
