"First time visit the city for a business trip with my husband.I would like to recognize Yvonne from front desk for an exceptionally service. Please remind the Housekeeping to check the amenities on the wall we stay there for few day and the shampoo, conditioner and body wash almost empty lucky I bring my personal amenities we are out all day back late night."

"Did not like that they entered my room to address the mini refrigerate not working properly while I was not in there. Especially when I asked them that I do not want anyone in my room while I’m not inside. And I also had the do not disturb tag hanging outside my door. But yet someone entered my room while I was gone. Feeling of uneasy and unsafe hit me while staying there alone. "

"It was good. My only complaints were the pool person couldn't take cash for my drinks/order at the pool. That is essential for me because I budget for each event with cash. Also, the bathroom door was very awkward to use and hard to open/shut. Not really resort level room accomodations. "

"There is nothing around this hotel - shops, restaurants. It is in a business area. Airport shuttle stops at 9pm and doesn’t start till 7am. Be aware for any early or late flights. "
