"We had a lovely stay at the Decker House B & B. Cynthia prepared a gourmet breakfast in time for us to make our early morning tour of Mason City sites. Perfectly located a block from our starting point at the library, near the Meredith Wilson childhood home and museum and a few blocks from the Frank Lloyd house and museum. "We have rented this property for a few years now and every time, it is perfect for our group. Owner is very responsive and instructions are clear. Property is clean and lots of entertainment for your group (juke box, pool table, pinball machines, board games, TV, etc). There's 2 refrigerators and an oven and stove also. Recommend this property hands down!"

"Our room was fantastic, in suite bathroom. Family room & breakfast area was nicely set up, plenty of space. We had taken the time to walk the property, very relaxing, peaceful & tranquil. On our way out on Sunday we were able to purchase some vegetables and farm fresh eggs. I wish I new about this B&B years ago when my daughter was a freshman at ISU, we would have stayed her every time. The family, Peter & Denise were wonderful to speak with. This is our new "go to" place, we will comeback...

"The property itself was very clean and beautiful. We enjoyed our time and stay. The party barn and playset outside the kids really enjoyed. Us adults spent a lot of time in the hot tub. We are planning on renting another property of steven's at the end of the month. Overall experience was 5 stars in our eyes"

"Great place and host! Only slight downfall was the outdoor trash cans were very full and very smelly. Also the yard had not been mowed all year which was just a small inconvenience when playing yard games. But overall a very fun and good experience!"
