"Had a very comfortable stay while going to Fan Fusion! Easy, friendly check in and parking validation in and out(although I did forget the ticket to scan one day and had to go back up to my room, but that was my own fault). I did look over the reviews so I was aware of the parking and the separate building for the rooms, but did not have any issues walking to and from and parking was not as far as a lot of reviews made it out to be. "Generally all was pleasant about this downtown Phoenix lodging EXCEPT there was NO elevator so we had to lug our heavy load up to the 2nd floor. We were pleased that there wasn't breakfast offered because we wanted to eat at Matts Big Breakfast nearby...best bacon I've ever eaten!"
