"Casual, Easy Place to Stay! Checked all the boxes. Walking distance to fun coffee shops and restaurants. The property manager Nico was terrific and on top of everything i'm checking to check out. Really easy and communicative all the way through, which we really appreciate. It's just a relaxing little spot. We will definitely come here again"

"The property was lovely and in a very quiet neighborhood, had our own parking spot, felt very safe. We walked to a local donut shop every morning as recommended in a book made by the property owners. Close to everything we went to San Diego for would stay here again."

"Great location near all the eats, drinks, and entertainment. Parking is rough in the evenings. Area is flat so walking from car to cottage was easy. Suggest ubering. Hotspot at the Lafayette Hotel within walking distance."

"Bill and Tiffany were exceptional hosts! I stayed at their apartment attached to a historic mansion in San Diego, and it was an incredible experience. Tiffany arranged discounted zoo tickets for me, and Bill went the extra mile by spending additional time to ensure the hot tub was sparkling clean. The property itself was amazing, located in a great neighborhood. I enjoyed grilling in the backyard every night. Even though it was just me, they treated me like royalty. "It was very clean and quiet. I was surprised because I thought we would hear the planes at night but I slept great. Good soundproofing-could not hear other guests. Property managers were nice and even carried our luggage upstairs. There is no elevator and we were on top floor 48 steps but it was not too difficult. Just be aware if you cannot do stairs. Good security. Very close to Balboa park. When we got there, it took a while for a/c to come on but then it worked fine."

"Overall the VRBO was extremely clean and beyond suitable for three people. The bedrooms were comfortable and the a/c units worked great. However, The living room furniture was stained in spots, there was no britta or filtered water, and the coffee maker did not work as it leaked all over the counter when we attempted to use it the first day. These two things were fixed with a quick shopping order when we arrived however. The apartment itself was very comfortable but not in the most ideal area....

"We loved it here! We got married in San Diego and then just stayed and hung out with all our friends, it was amazing. The only thing that could have been better were the overhead lights working. But we were told that they were working on them beforehand. Very good communication, I would definitely stay again."

Not knowing the area and just going by what I read, this quaint little apartment was in close proximity to everything we wanted to do. And being close to the airport was a definite plus since we left so early in the morning. Sights and shopping were all within 20 minutes. The apartment itself is small but perfect for a couple. "The cottage and surrounding area were absolutely amazing! Cottage was comfortable and clean, and communication between staff and myself was fast and clear. Only issue we had was I couldn’t figure out the heat. Thankfully it wasn’t too cold. The side door also had damage on the bottom and was open to outside elements but it didn’t cause any issues. Planes do fly low overhead but the noise didn’t bother me. Overall, I will definitely be booking again in the near future. Absolutely loved my stay!"

"House could have been cleaner. There was cobwebs and dust on walls ceilings and fans. Great house otherwise. Lots to do in it including pool table, ping pong and hot tub. Great closed in yard for our dog also!! All in all we would definitely stay here again.👍👍"
