"Most Employees were nice except for one lady who worked at the front desk, she seemed annoyed when we asked for help with Ice since the ice machine on our floor was broken, and we also needed a new liner for the ice bucket, she just seemed like this was a big inconvenience to her, my partner also asked her for some of the cookies they were handing out at check in and she rudely told him she only had enough for people checking in.. the other lady that night helped us right away with the liner and ice, she went out of her way to get us ice from the kitchen and everyone else was very helpful, and the hotel was clean. We also got an upgrade when we checked in which was a nice surprise considering we booked through Expedia, we will 100% be back the property was beautiful "
