"The facade of the hotel is nothing like the picture ,it is in a slum area ,the stairs are that narrow you can hardly get up them,I booked a deluxe room but was shown to a room that was an internal room with no window the room was smelly and all sorts dusty .I have contacted ebookers with a view to getting a refund but with on luck yet "

"This is a very snappy place like a den. The receptin was in the parking lot of the building, just a table and a chair, without a receptionist !!!!!! We called out and a person talking in Marathi appeared and said NO ROOMS, all are allotted and we have informed."
