"Do not book here. We booked the executive room. The receptionist had no clue about our booking. They took forever and half to check us in. They also suggested we go to our room while they hold onto our passports (red flag!!) because it was taking so long. We said no and just waited. We were then shown a room that smelled of smoke, looked horrible, and looked and nothing like the pictures. The bathroom had bugs in it. No way this was the executive room.
