"Très bel extérieur belle maison mais pas fonctionnelle cuisine petite. Pas de coin salon confortable. douche cabine minimaliste ,escalier en colimaçon pour l'étage, mauvaise literie heureusement les propriétaires très attentionné nous ont ramené des sur-matelas pour compenser le manque de confort des matelas mais les sommiers du rez-de-chaussée sont cassés et tiennent sur des livres, par contre les propriétaires sont très attentionnés très à l'écoute et accueillant l'extérieur avec la vue est exceptionnelle."

"My family and I had such a wonderful stay at this home. The property was absolutely gorgeous, provided everything we needed .. near by beaches and restaurants, stores, towns.. and very close to our favorite and most gorgeous town , Cefalu ! Natale , the property care taker , was the nicest, most helpful person. He even surprised us several times, with pizza and Pastries! Was there for any questions we had . The pool and the view was a highlight . The villas, are comfortable, clean and had everything we needed . Ours children had the best time on the property, between swimming, exploring and even golfing on the putts behind the houses. I give this vacation a 10/10 !"

RUMAH SAYA Balinese house by the sea

"We are a family of 10, including 4 children from age 6 - 12. This property was absolutely ideal for our group. The swimming pool was extraordinary!! It is huge and Selim keeps it spotless! The kids would have just stayed in the pool for the entire trip had we let them. It is also across the street from the beach, which was another huge attraction. The gardens are also lush and beautifully tended. This is a property where the guests are encouraged to live outside. There is one main building with a kitchen/common area and 2 bedrooms (each with its own bathroom) and another outer building with 2 entrances, each leading to 2 bedrooms (each with its own bathroom). Then there is a huge covered living area on all 3 sides of the main building. There is also an outdoor kitchen where the owners prefer their guests to cook. (bring insect repellent because mosquitoes like that outdoor kitchen area!) We were met by one of the owners who gave us a bit of a tour of the property. Our Italian is very limited so a lot of the communication was through sign language. But Selim, the Bangladeshi caretaker of the property does speak English and we were able to communicate through him. One day, one of the owners brought ice cream for the children. Such a lovely gesture. We were there at the end of July and it was very very hot. There were also some wildfires in the area and the combination of heat and fires meant that the electricity was not stable - but Selim did his best for us. A great stay!"

The Signature Level at Grand Palladium Sicilia Resort & Spa

"We enjoyed our all inclusive holiday at Grand Palladium Sicily. We stayed at signature level, but I don't think it's really worth it to pay extra - there is a separate pool for signature level, but we couldn't get a sunbed there due to guests reserving them with towels early in the morning. There is a separate restaurant for breakfast and lunch for signature level, but the main buffet is bigger. I could not fault the setting, cleanliness, and staff, but there are a few negatives to mention: More vegetarian options are needed at all the restaurants, it was quite lacking. There should be dedicated smoking areas instead of smokers allowed to smoke anywhere, as someone stinking out the outside bar with a cigar ruins the enjoyment and atmosphere of those areas. The in-room entertainment is very poor .. only news channels, or paying €7 for a film, and finally the app also doesn't work half the time, which is frustrating as it's needed for looking at menus and making reservations. So, mostly great, but a few things which could be improved. The beach was nice although stoney (but we knew this when booking). The hotel should enforce evicting people from sunbeds left unattended with a towel on for 30 mins so that everyone can have a chance to sit by the pool. There are signs up that say this will happen, but no one is actually doing it."

"Fantastic view from the top of the hill. 3 villas sharing 1 pool which was not very clear from the post. Then owner Natale was great and super nice, bringing fresh pastry for breakfast. Beach is 8min away and a couple of great restaurants near by. Cefalu is 25min and palermo about 35.Great property with lemon, olive and pomegranate trees. We had a great stay."
