"This place is a gem high in the mountains. Rooms are well maintained and have hot water. The staff was kind and helpful. Its a ways put of town but if your looking for some relaxation and amazing bird watching this is the place. "

The only feedback I would share for improvement is a lack of storage or even nightstands made the room a little chaotic during our stay. The location was quiet and otherwise professionally appointed. "Deze locatie is geschikt wanneer je een echte basic ervaring wilt. Breng zeker ook je eigen eten mee en wel alvorens je naar de locatie toegaat. De weg 7 km er naartoe is bijna onbegaanbaar voor normale auto's. bij aankomst was onze boeking onbekend. De kamer had geen airco of enige bescherming tegen ongedierte door de deuren of ramen heen. En we hadden geen stromend water. Het winkeltje heeft nauwelijks assortiment en het restaurant nauwelijks hygiëne en smakelijk eten"

"Hotel bei Ebookers war bezahlt. Und bei Unterkunft musste ich nochmals 228 000 kolumbianischer Peso bezahlen. Ich dachte das ist Kaution. Wie ich feststelle. Habe ich nun dieses schlechte Hotel doppelt bezahlt. Nun habe ich eine Buchung in einem anderem Hotel. Wieder über Ebookers. Und die wollen nun auch wieder Geld. Obwohl bezahlt.. funktioniert ebookers nicht. Oder machen das die Hotels in Kolumbien so. Fühle mich nun betrogen und hätte gerne das Geld zurück."
