"This trip has been a tough one, with 3! Expedia providers getting money from me for nothing and @Expedia doing nothing about it. Yet, this hotel was a great surprise before I stop using Expedia due to their inability to deal with fraud. We stayed in the Junior Suite and it was lovely. The hotel is centrally located and has a unique history. Close to the train station too as I escaped Florence, never again in the summer, terrible. "
