"It was nice having a pool and a refrigerator. The air conditioner didn't cool our room to the degree we set it. A gym on the next street plays loud music in the morning. Although the staff is pleasant and most speak English, sometimes no one is around and the water is often empty. Even so, I still would stay there again as the place is in a good location at the edge of town, the price is good, and the grounds are really beautiful."

"It was in a great location. We stayed inside a jungle in a cabin like room. However they need to improve the services and amenities inside the room. It has lack of lighting, one fan at the corner is not sufficient, no paper towel, bin inside the room. There was no shampoo or conditioner other than the body wash. The bed was stinky, not enough hangers. Overall the amenities need to be improved a lot based on the rent they are charging."

"Noelli, the front desk assistant was incredibly helpful and wonderful. All of the staff were great! Pros: location, location, location! Super awesome setting. Staff were all amazing. Cons: molt on tents (everything here has molt, it's inevitable with the environment). The first night it was difficult to sleep. The lack in being able to take a shower when we wanted - no hot water. We had to wait on the water tanks to refill. That was inconvenient but overall not a big deal. Overall, great...

Upon arrival they appeared to have double booked their hotelrooms so even though we already paid for everything we had to spend the whole day looking for another place to stay. The alternative they offered was a hotel in the city center far away from the beach and nothing like the experience we were looking for. "This is an apartment not a hotel. The room is tastefully decorated and has a decent bathroom. The building entrance is on an unpaved alley that is not well lit in the evening. There were mouse or rat droppings outside the door, though no evidence of them in the room. It is located on a busy highway, with large trucks that can cause the windows to rattle. This is about 15 minute walk from where the nice restaurants in Tulum are located and about a 30 minute bike ride to the beach area."

"The property is decorated with modern Mexican / Spanish art. The rooms are new and well maintained. The staff is friendly and always willing to help. Every morning they would make a freshly squeezed juice for us and they had it ready when we arrived to breakfast. Everyone in the staff has the go and beyond to please you and make your stay exceptional. The resort itself is beautiful and the beach has nice sand. We were a family of 5 and took the junior suite, the room itself was perfect and had a hammock on the balcony(fancy). We enjoyed our time so much that we wish we could go back soon. The pools, the food, the drinks everything is high end."
