"Loved our deluxe size room and the folks assisting with the bags, being shown directly to our room and the size, amenities and qualities of all products picked. The blissful bed delivered and was the comfiest of all beds we've stayed at and the noise level was so quiet (assuming there was good noise reduction techiniques in place AND also thenstreet its on is not overrun like some hotels we stayed at closer to victoria station area) that we often slept in numerous days and didnt realize how late it was."

"Great location, just 2 blocks away from Paddington station, where the Tube trains (local subway lines), commuter trains and cross country trains can be accessed. The station also has a mini mall attached with stores and restaurants. We used the tube to travel around the city and surrounding areas. Very convenient. The hotel is located in a beautiful residential neighborhood, very walkable with lots of nice local restaurants nearby. The hotel is an older facility, rooms and bathrooms were small but comfortable. Breakfast is included, served every morning and there is an onsite lounge/bar area for evening cocktails. It’s not air conditioned, but our open window and a fan kept us quite comfortable, even a little chilly at night. Our trip was in late May, so not sure if it would be the same during summer months. There is a lovely, huge park nearby with a beautiful lake, walking and bike riding trails, and beautiful gardens. If you walk through the park, ~a 2 mile walk, on the other side you’ll be close to some major attractions, e.g., Harrods and more. It’s such a lovely area, and I would definitely stay at the Mitre House again"
