"I have to say for a short stay it’s convenient. It’s a place to sleep and shower. We were out for most of the time. It’s cozy and cute and economical for a quick stay. We kept on having issues with the toilet and on the 2nd day the wifi network randomly disappeared, we were no longer connected nor could we find the network. Being that we are not from the UK we rely a little more on wifi so that was a bit inconvenient. When we had issues with the toilet Clarissa sent someone to fix it quickly...

"This flat is clean, well-appointed and exceptionally well located. Right next to paddington station on a quiet street, all parts of the city are accessible via public transit. Website pictures are true to form and the property manager was very attentive. We would stay here again in a heartbeat.One note on accessibility - the entry stairs are a bit narrow and steep but this is typical of walk up flats in older European cities. Mobility limited guests should take note. "

"Very nice place. Great location. Lots of coffeeshops and restaurants, and shops in the area. Be aware that it is difficult to open the front door. There should be a non-slip mat in the bathtub since that is where the shower is. You could hear the neighbours pretty good and the water heater but with earplugs all good!!"

"There are many plusses about this apt, it is surprisingly quiet, it has storage space, there is a Saintsbury and a Waitrose two minutes away, a good kitchen with a large fridge, close to the tube, excellent communication and arrival arrangements. We have made suggestions to iron out a few hiccups such as instructions to use a very fussy TV. We would definitely go back. "

"Perfect location! Lots of restaurant choices in the neighborhood, great coffee shops nearby. The tube station is a minute away. It was a great area of London to stay."

"Was very disappointed in property and management. There were no instructions left to show how to work anything, for 10 nights we had 1 garbage bag and 2 toilet paper rolls, showers did not drain and one we could not use as was leaking into living room, my wife and son got harassed by a tenant in the elevator and accused us of throwing up in there then stated we did not and followed them around the property, plus house was not really that clean. "

"This apartment worked out great for our family trip! 5 minute walk to the closest tube station, washing machine (no dryer) with outdoor patio to dry clothes. Because it is located on the ground floor- it was nice and cool during an unusual heat wave for London! Steve was very responsive and tried hard to accommodate all of our needs/requests- even letting us arrive early so we could store our bags! All in all a great stay!"

"Easy walk to Royal Holloway and pubs and restaurants. Nice accommodation with plenty of space. Appreciated the ice in the freezer!"

"Great location. Good size bedrooms and 2 full baths. Nice view over the canal. We utilized nearby small shops for coffee and breakfast as well as a nice grocery store within walking distance. We would definitely stay there again."
