"The only thing we didn’t like was that it advertises a shuttle bus and didn’t advertise that it’s a community shuttle that only comes twice a day. We took the city bus. Other than that the stay was very comfortable "

"Rooms are spotless and good looking, and fresh towels everyday. I was in a small single room and I wish there were a small side table or shelf next the bed. In the bathroom a shelf for toiletries would have been helpful as well as a hook for used towels."

"We have just returned from a stay at your hotel My husband and 2 children have had a lovely time Upon arrival we had been upgraded to a suite which was just lovely and really appreciated The room has everything you need Iron, ironing board, towels, shower gels, shampoos, fridge, safe The staff were all so friendly and helpful, the room was spotlessly clean and we had so much space The location is amazing right next to Warren Street Tube station that literally gets you everywhere to all main attractions we had visited Harry Potter studio tours before our arrival then on to London where we explored Oxford Street and surrounding areas, Camden Market etc We would 100% recommend this hotel and will definitely be visiting you again soon xx"
