"This is a beautiful villa stay in Hoi An for 3 nights! We've booked the ground-level room with the built-in jacuzzi tub. The whole place is beautifully designed just like in the pictures. "The host family was awesome and would go the extra mile to support any and all guest with great services. The location is walkable to town, the "Eats" and An Bang beach as well if you are a walker. You can rent a bicycle as well there. Miss/Cô Trinh does custom tailoring at prices below main street Hoi An's vendors. She helped with my alteration needs and also made me a new pair of pants. "I recommend this hotel to all travelers to Da Nang. The hotel is right on the beach, and you can see the beautiful view from the rooftop, which is also where the bar and swimming pool are located. The buffet-style breakfast is also a plus, and they even provide an afternoon snack bar from 2 to 4 p.m. every day. The staff is friendly, and the room is very clean."

"The hotel is beautiful and full of charm and character. Service is amazing, friendly accommodating staff. The pool area is beautiful, the pool was very clean and a great temperature. The spa was very professional and massage was great. The Buffet breakfast Rea is really spacious with a variety of hot and cold dishes. Afternoon tea was very cute with drinks and pastries. Overall, a very awesome place to stay. We would come again! "

"We really enjoyed our stay. The hotel was great, the room was spacious and had great views. The restaurant was very good with very sumptuous breakfast full of different options. Many staff members went out of their way to help us with anything we ask for. Unfortunately we don’t remember many names, therefore we are not going to single out anyone."

"One of the most amazing resorts I have ever stayed at in the world. I’ve been to many places before but the people and the hotel are beyond extraordinary. I will be definitely staying here next time I return to Da Nang and I will be looking at other areas that Fusion resort has. The breakfast was included and it was amazing. I have stayed at other resort where food was included but I ended up eating somewhere else but here no it was beyond my expectations. I cannot say enough how amazing my stay was. If I could give 10 stars I would! "

"The friendly and helpful staff greeted us daily during breakfast, asking about our stay and trip. They recommended activities and even provided car service if we had no plans. The spotless hotel and incredible view set a new standard. I’m not sure if I want to return to the U.S. now. "

"I had an amazing experience at Awaken Hotel in Da Nang, thanks to the exceptional service from Nam at the pool bar. Nam made incredible drinks and truly went above and beyond with his customer service—friendly, attentive, and always welcoming. He made every visit to the pool feel like a luxury experience. The breakfast buffet was another standout—honestly, some of the best food I’ve ever had at a hotel. The braised ribs were to die for. My room was spacious, beautifully designed, and felt just like home. Highly recommend Awaken to anyone visiting Da Nang!"
