"Amazing property! Clean, modern and lots of room. The customer service was excellent and always answered within minutes. Having the lockers for our luggage was a life saver and we locked them ourselves with our own codes.. The area around the place is great, with many restaurants and close to subways and busses. We felt very safe especially with code only entry. A must stay if you're in Madrid. "

"Really enjoyed our stay. Power outage across Madrid and staff on site carried my 20kg suitcase 5 storeys to the apartment. Also was so understanding when we made error with check out. Phone support was excellent too. Highly recommend 😀"

"I had difficulty locating the hotel due to the lack of visible signage, which made finding it frustrating. The hotel doesn’t fit the ‘boutique’ description, as the rooms feel bare and poorly decorated. The bed and pillows were uncomfortable, and the walls were thin enough to hear neighbors moving around. The bathroom only had a single, broken soap container placed inconveniently in the shower, and the windows didn’t close properly, allowing restaurant noise to filter in until late at night. Overall, not the restful stay I was hoping for."
