The electronic access and keys on phone app made us feel very secure. We ran out of bathroom tissue and we received a delivery within 10 minutes of texting the on-line reception. Recommend the area - tons of legite Spanish food and drinks in area - best in Madrid. Close to two metro lines giving lots of easy access to the city"

"Beautiful little hotel. I was so happy to see how clean everything was. The staff ( especially the breakfast staff) were very attentive and sweet. The front desk needs to smile a little more. He always seemed perturbed. I would definitely go back. Bed was comfortable. Water pressure and temp were amazing. Air conditioner worked super well. I was very impressed! Thank you for a wonderful stay!"
