"We arrived on a Sunday and they wanted all our contacts details and passports. I understand passports but why do they need phone and email. These days with the amount of cyber attacks and data leak, I don't trust them to keep the data safe. The room was poor condition not value for what we paid "

"Loved the location , the room, it had everything we needed. To be more transparent with your guests you should state somewhere in the initial room details, that there is no room cleaning service for reservation under 7 days. This came as a surprise to us, as no one came in for daily cleaning, garbage pickup. Until we asked and found out our 5 night stay didn’t qualify. We asked or a broom, extra garbage bags, and toilet paper, and it was delivered promptly to our room. Again, very nice location, room design and room amenities. "

"This hotel is exceptionally clean, staff are accommodating and it seems quite high end. It does get confusing as there are two side by side buildings and you can check into one while your room may be in the other. Unfortunately, we had a car and there was no availability in the hotel lot so we were resigned to street parking. A local parkade is nearby but I wasn't aware until after the fact."
