"My experience at the hotel was excellent. The whole staff was extremely helpful and accommodating at all times, special shout-out to Diego and Daniel V. We had a room on the third floor and while at night the music from the rooftop bar could be heard in the hallways, once we got to our room we could not hear anything. Noise was not an issue at all for us. It's also great that the room had blackout curtains and A/C that we could control to our liking. While the room was a bit small, it was perfect for two people not looking to spend a lot of time there anyway. Lastly, the location of the hotel is unbeatable. It's walking distance to Retiro Park and all the main museums, but also to the Salamanca and Chueca neighborhoods were some of the best restaurants are. Overall, we had a great stay and would definitely stay again at our next visit to Madrid without hesitation. "
