"Staff were friendly and accomodating. The area was safe for family with kids. Metro station and bus stop is across the entrance of the hotel. It is right in front of plaza de españa. A lot of restaurants and stores for food options and daily necessities. Breakfast is very good with a lot of options, I especially liked the omelette station. We are actually going back here to stay for the last leg of our Spain vacation. The airport is about 20mins away for travel information."

"Hotel with great location. You can find good restaurants & museums around.pillows were the very best. Room might need a bit updating but it was probably the room I chose. Staff was attentive. Sweets in the lobby were a great hit with my daughter."
