"Made it halfway around the world with my reservation ready only to find a nice French couple had also rented the same unit. No notification, no warning. The owner apparently listed on several sites and doesn't check messages as often as perhaps she should. We used agoda to find a hotel nearby, which I recommend anyone considering this property also do. Save yourself the headache and scramble to find some other place at the last minute."

"We recently stayed at L'Hotel and everyone was super warm, welcoming and nice. Excellent customer service from everyone especially Lily, Dulcie, Jolie and the gentlemen at the front desk. The hotel is a cute boutique hotel right in the middle of the old quarter. Location and service can't be beat!"
