"We requested a ground floor room since the guests were elderly people with problems climbing stairs. It is apparent the hotel does not take it into consideration since we were assigned a third floor room, and the guests had trouble climbing the stairs (no elevators in the hotel). On top of that, the TV didn't work, there were issues with water in the bathroom and we were not informed that we had to request maid service to have the room done in the morning. Very disappointing stay"

"i cannot check in because the hotel was closed due to the maintenance. so i have to find another hotel to stay, and need to spend additional money, time, and labor. next day morning, i visited the hotel again, but there was still under construction. very disappointed at the hotels.com reservation.
