"A great house with loads of space in a very quiet neighbourhood. The living space is comfortable and the beds are good quality. The kitchen was a little empty to our needs… The biggest problem with the rental of this house was the very complicated check in, the unexpected deposit(in dollars), the mistakes ( different codes given etc…), the useless app and the time taken to get an answer…"

"Property was ideal size and location was good. Under the impression i was able to park in the land next to the property but was told off by another resident. Was advised by owner there is on road parking- should have read this properly! Apartment smelt of cigarettes and cannot take smell out from clothes. Shower had mould around grouting of tiles and needs bringing up-to date. Mattress - springs broken and had a dip did not sleep much. Extractor needs a good clean can see grease on top. Need...

"Nice place for a short stay. No problem with checking in or out. The pull out bed is small but works if you’re small. The place is smaller than the photos but works well for 1-2 people. "

"I NEVER leave negative reviews but I feel as though this one calls for one. To start, in the property description(which I do have a screenshot of) it states, Piccadilly Circus is an 8min walk, London Eye 11min walk…Which is why I chose it. Completely FALSE!!! You cannot even make it to the train station in either of those times! It would take you nearly 2 hours to walk to either. 3 of the 3 toliets would not flush so we were afraid to use them. "We stayed here in August and it was the perfect place for us! It was so nice to have toys at the property that the kids could play with and not worry about them running around in the back yard. I couldn’t imagine being in a hotel room after staying here. It was close enough to the wedding we were going to and not too far from London by underground.
