The rooms are clean and comfortable, the staff is always friendly, efficient and accommodating, and it's conveniently located for flights. The breakfast is second to none in terms of variety, and it is fresh and well prepared. This visit was just as good as previous stays in 2024 and I plan to return again when passing through Heathrow."

"Perfect location for a night before flying out from Heathrow. Hotel is kept in great condition, and they offer free snacks & drinks on certain week nights which is great! Rooms are big as they're all suites, so it's a perfect spot!"

"Had a fantastic stay, the staff was very professional and accommodating. On my second night, the air conditioner was not working and they changed my room immediately. The staff in the restaurant and bar were awesome as well. Will 100% stay here again the next time im in London "

"I’ve stayed here a few times now! The staff are always very friendly and give you a warm welcome. The rooms are very clean and have everything that you need. Large beds with crisp white linen and fluffy towels. Would like more than 2 t bags, but more are always available when asked for. "
