"This was a hugely disappointing stay. We had spent two nights on the other side of the river on our way down through France and had hoped for better things. Our experience was that we were 'end of season', that staff had lost interest in their guests. We had a very matter of fact welcome and from then on may as well not have been in the hotel. "I was attending an event at the IceParc so the location is great. The room is small but adequate and comfortable, and the kitchenette is very nice. The supermarket next day is convenient. I rated cleanliness lower because some kitchen utensils were not clean; I had to wash cutlery before using."
