"Great location for Warwick castle and Stratford upon Avon, the staff are friendly and helpful, we had an issue with the tv which was resolved in minutes, the hotel is well maintained and clean. The room was very quiet and the complimentary breakfast was hot with plenty of options"

"The room was spacius and clean but the shower controls need attention. We enquired about dinner as we were going to the theatee. We were not informed that the hotel offered pre theatre early dinners and so ate elsewhere. Very good breakfast with plenty of choice."

"Room was clean and pleasant. Staff were all helpful and friendly particularly Elizabeth on the desk. We upgraded our room to onevinnthe coach house which was quirky and nicely decorated and i really aporeciated the elemis toiletries. Reasonable selection of cold breakfast food and a decent english breakfast. Only drawback is the spa area which is very shabby with many cracked tiles in the steam room and by the pool. There was no hot water in the spa area and changing rooms as the boiler was broken. I chose the hotel partly because i trust macdonald hotels but in this case for the spa! So that was a pity really. I got the impression that they were understaffed that day- it was a Bank Holiday. "

"Stayed here for one night in May for a friend’s birthday. We were very impressed with how quiet and comfortable the rooms were. The bed was massive, and bedding was exceptionally clean and soft. Great sized walk-in shower with all of the toiletries you’d need included. The grounds of the hotel were well maintained, and staff extremely helpful. Would definitely stay here again for the quiet location rather than the busy town centre."
