"The Ampersand is a lovely hotel in a fabulous neighborhood with the convenience of the tube, shopping, museums, and restaurants right at your doorstep. I liked this hotel for its charm and because it doesn't feel like a chain hotel. The rooms were quiet at night, the temperature is adjustable, the bed was very comfortable, the shower had excellent water pressure, and the towels were plush. Overall, a wonderful stay and a hotel I would highly recommend."

"Great location. A little far from big sight seeing places but right beside a subway station if you need to travel. Also conveniently an 8 min drive to Chelsea port where you can catch a boat up and down Thames if you wanted. We were alos right across from restaurants and a grocery store if you were looking for something outside the hotel. Also conveniently a casino built into the same building. Rooms were nice and clean, food was good and the team were very friendly and accomodating. Would reccomend."

"It’a a pretty hotel and we were upgraded to a bigger room which was very, very nice. The concierge and front desk staff went out of their way to be nice. The only thing I wish they’d mentioned in there is a well-stocked, attractive, self serve bar off the lobby - pour yourself a drink, write it down, and they charge your room. The neighborhood by the hotel is excellent - we hope to stay there again. "
