"It's the staff, specifically the front desk staff, that make this place a wonderful stay. They were all very cheerful and pleasant. The location is very quiet and yet centrally located. A very quick 3 minute walk to the bus station that will get you almost anywhere you need in the city. The room was very spacious and Incredibly clean. The bed was amazing! The breakfast is a choice of set menus and not a buffet so you need a bit more time, but it was good."

"Three adults and a 5-month-old infant stayed at Sunbee Hotel for a couple of days, and we had a wonderful experience. :) The front desk staff were exceptionally attentive and accommodating, and we truly appreciated how they responded to all of our requests. They thoughtfully prepared a baby crib and a bottle sterilizer in our room, which made traveling with our baby much easier. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend Sunbee Hotel to both solo travelers and families visiting Seoul. The hotel is located in Insadong, one of Seoul's most popular tourist areas, where you can experience the charm and traditional atmosphere of Korea."

"Orakai Insadong Suites was an excellent choice for exploring Seoul, and its location is hard to beat. Being within walking distance of Insadong, Gyeongbokgung Palace, Bukchon Hanok Village, Ikseon-dong and even Myeongdong made sightseeing incredibly convenient. We rarely needed taxis, and it was wonderful being able to simply walk to many of Seoul's most iconic attractions. Our apartment was spacious, comfortable and very practical for a longer stay. Having a full kitchen, washing machine and plenty of living space made a huge difference. Overall, we had a very enjoyable stay and would certainly recommend Orakai Insadong Suites to travellers looking for apartment-style accommodation in the heart of Seoul, especially families, longer-stay visitors or anyone wanting the flexibility of self-catering."
