"Hotel was in a good area, near train station and near many restaurants. It is quiet at night and walkable distance to Namdaemun Market and Myeongdong area. Hotel room was quite big and washroom was a good size. There is also a gym and swimming pool. "

My only complaint is about the lack of room service and that the only restaurant in the hotel that serves dinner is targeted towards their "muslim guests". "It's hard to imagine a more perfect location for a hotel, right in front of Jogyesa and with direct access to Insadong. Our room was clean and comfortable, and I loved the view of Jogyesa from above! Staff was helpful and spoke very good English. The only thing I didn't love was breakfast, as most of the supposedly warm food was kind of cold, and the rice at the bibimbap station (which I otherwise enjoyed) was a bit sticky and overcooked compared to other places we stayed. It wouldn't stop me from booking it again, though, and it would be irrelevant to anyone who prefers more Western breakfast options! "

"Staff were helpful. Room was clean but certain things were not working (in-room safe) and the light units in the bathroom and room were hanging off the wall. The hotel hallways smelled strongly of cigarette smoke even though the rooms are all supposedly non-smoking. Note that any damaged to room - including blocked toilet - would need to be covered by guest’s insurance or credit card. It’s important you inform the hotel as soon as possible after you check in."
