Nice Spot Near the Dunes

Excellent spot for several people to stay and enjoy the Dunes. Clean, quiet, centrally located to lots of Dunes hotspots. Thanks for the great stay!

Wonderful

My son and I stayed at this property this weekend and it was perfect for what we needed. It was the next best thing to home away from home. It had everything you could need and the beds were very comfortable. The property manager was wonderful and communication was great and she was very helpful to me. I will stay at this property again in the future.

Nice, clean & comfortable

My adult daughter & I stayed for 3 nights while visiting Indian Dunes. The duplex looks newly remodeled and it was clean and comfortable. Vic&Ari were easy to communicate with and responded to our questions in a timely manner. They even recommended a great restaurant!

Quiet Homebase

I was pleased with this quiet neighborhood to stay as homebase while in Northwest Indiana. There was even beach supplies available to use! I wish there had been a can opener in the kitchen and taller bar stools as they were short and the bar space for sitting was very tall.

Perfect for what we needed

The property was older but decorated beautifully. Had a faint smoke odor but it faded in several days. All amenities that we needed, comfy beds, sheets, towels and pillows. The extra bathroom was a life saver for our family of 4. All appliances were in good, working condition. Neighborhood is ok, but close to so many things (specially what we needed). Host was extremely easy to communicate with and accommodating. 10/10 for Vic and Ari!

Listing company cancelled my stay and still charged me

I booked this property directly through VRBO. 5 minutes after booking, I received a call that the property wasn’t available and they had “no idea” how I was able to book it. I was told they would be cancelling the reservation and reversing all charges. I continued to receive confirmation emails from VRBO about my upcoming stay and was charged as well. I have yet to receive my refund or any type of cancellation email.
