"Excellent stay. I would like to rent a room here again. It may look like it's far from the tourist areas of Tokyo, but the nearby Tsukuba Express makes it easy to get around. The staff were wonderful and there's plenty of eating options nearby. 5 stars for sure."

"Great property when you’re a tourist if you want somewhere that isn’t touristy and quiet. There are convenience stores on every corner and the public transit is a block away. The staff is courteous and nice, and they speak enough English to be helpful. "

"Very decently priced and good sized supermarket is nearby. Extremely convenient to the station, only one stop on the Narita Skyaccess. Room layout great for families where kids don’t want to sleep w each other. Especially for Japan, where apartments and hotel rooms are smaller, we appreciated the spaciousness. Couch easily becomes a fourth bed. Kitchen is well stocked. Again a decent sized fridge compared to most hotel mini fridge. Incredible water pressure, pleasing aesthetic exterior building, nice interior design as well. Overall, we were impressed and would stay again as well as recommend. "The hotel is a 2 min walk from Matsudo station, which is a 30 min train to Ueno. From Ueno or Nippori, there are convenient transits to most places in Tokyo. There are supermarkets, McDonalds, pharmacies within 5 min walk of the hotel, not to mention multiple convenience stores in the area. The hotel offers free breakfast before 9am, which is very good with lots of variety. The hotel room sizes are quite good, very spacious for a solo traveller. There is a TV, fridge, kettle, table, chair, with hangers for clothes. All other amenities such as tea, towels, toothbrushes are all provided. I stayed in an upper floor so noise was not an issue, but note as Matsudo station is so close it may be noisier on lower floors. Room cleaning service is done every few days, no issues at all there. Overall a very pleasant experience especially for a solo traveller, and I would definitely stay with them again next time!"
