"We stayed one night while in town for our daughter’s graduation from UNC-A and absolutely loved it- we only wish we’d had time to stay another night. We booked a King Suite for our family of four and were very comfortable. The bed, bedding, and pillows were all excellent (and we’re picky!). The room was clean, modern, and well furnished. The front desk staff member who checked us in around 10 p.m. was fantastic- very pleasant and welcoming. I didn’t catch his name, but he mentioned he’s originally from Minnesota. Overall, we were extremely pleased with our stay and would happily return."

"The elevator was down in the front of the hotel so it was a long walk to the back corner elevator. Not a complaint, just stating a fact. I don’t mind walking but I saw lots of older guests here for biltmore Christmas that I would imagine needed a closer elevator, probably not the best time to update. Other than that, it’s conveniently located to biltmore, the beds are very comfortable, and everyone was very nice. I would recommend this location and stay there again. "
