"The people who worked the front desk were nice and the room itself was decent. That’s the only reason I can give it 2 stars though. It was almost impossible to sleep. At any time. Day. Night. 4 am. Didn’t matter. Terrible sound proofing and the people in the rooms around me were noisy af at all hours. Banging, stomping, slamming doors. "I didn't visit the pool. I had a very large, spacious room. The room was clean and the bathroom was large and well equipped. I wish there were towels for 3 people based on the room size, but I have no actual complaints. Check in was quick though there were a lot of people waiting. I waited less than 5 minutes to check in and the information/communication was very clear. The walls are soundproofed well. This was my second stay and I will return. Recommended. "

The only minor drawback was that the remote control wasn’t very responsive from the bed, but overall, it was a comfortable and enjoyable stay."
