"Stayed at Mantri's to attend a wedding at the same location. It was very convenient to be able to access the room easily close to the wedding venue. However, the entrance to the hotel has about 7-8 steps which older people may find difficult to climb. It would have been nice to have a walk-in entrance without steps. Service was excellent. "Room was very comfortable, clean and quiet. The mattress was so comfortable and the majority of staff was kind and helpful. "Housekeeping was poor, the room I had was poorly maintained for the three days I was resident with cleanliness ignored, facilities not supplied or replenished properly when supplied. Wi-fi was a joke in these days with metered and a need to get daily "tickets" to gain access, this is 2023 not 2003! Staff gave the impression that I was an irritation rather than welcomed. "The property was clean and comfortable, the bed and pillows especially so (I wanted to buy pillows to take home!). The food was plentiful and delicious. I do wish the hotel put the games and hang out area in a different spot from the dining as we had several meals disturbed by children making a lot of house running around and/or playing foosball."
