"Housekeeping was poor, the room I had was poorly maintained for the three days I was resident with cleanliness ignored, facilities not supplied or replenished properly when supplied. Wi-fi was a joke in these days with metered and a need to get daily "tickets" to gain access, this is 2023 not 2003! Staff gave the impression that I was an irritation rather than welcomed. "The property was clean and comfortable, the bed and pillows especially so (I wanted to buy pillows to take home!). The food was plentiful and delicious. I do wish the hotel put the games and hang out area in a different spot from the dining as we had several meals disturbed by children making a lot of house running around and/or playing foosball."
