"Enjoyed our one night stay here. Booked one hour private onsen and thoroughly enjoyed the privacy and waterfall scene. Also did the public onsen and enjoyed it as well. Yukata clothing and towels are provided. Excellent service and a sense of luxury even though the hotel itself is dated. Good breakfast."

"素泊まりで利用しました。お部屋はとてもきれいで、広く使わせていただきました。お部屋には高さと硬さの違う枕が置いてあって、自由に試せたり、ソファーでくつろぎながらマッサージ機を利用できたのは他のホテルにはなかった面白いサービスでした。 浴衣かパジャマかを選ぶこともできました。コーヒーのサービスがあったり、共有スペースにはレンジやトースター、冷凍庫付きの冷蔵庫もあって、便利でした。 近くにコンビニもあるので、不自由なく過ごせました。"

"We had a great stay at this hotel. Rooms are very spacious, clean and comfortable. Staff were friendly and helpful. Parking direct at the hotel. All places we visited (including the castle) are easy walkable direct from the hotel. "
