"Beautiful hotel with amazing staff and clean comfortable rooms. The Spa was superb, my husband and I had a couples massage. Best we have ever had. The thermal bath in the Spa was amazing as were all the Spa baths. Hotel is in a great location to walk to all the shops and attractions. Look no further book this hotel! "

"We chose to stay in an executive room. The room was clean although I was advised that the accessible room option which I would have preferred wasn't as nice. We found the bathroom a bit claustrophobic and not suitable for my needs. The staff were friendly and helpful. However when we checked in we were advised that there was no access to the phone. While seeking clarification we didn't the suggestion that we moved to a sister hotel as I am a disabled ,making me feel that we should put or shut up. I wasn't happy that there was no concessions on the charges for disabled parking and there was only one disabled parking bay per floor. The breakfast options were varied. The hot options were fresh and well presented. "

"I don’t usually do reviews but this hotel is stunning. From the beautiful grounds to the premium quality & cleanliness of the rooms, everything was fabulous. I stay in Bristol & Gloucester quite regularly for work purposes & will be using this as a base camp for both. Outstanding! "
