"Wonderful hotel with a beautiful pool and free Mexican breakfast. Would highly recommend this as a place to stay when in Merida. Only thing that wasn’t perfect was that tv was all Spanish and since it wasn’t a smart tv, had to watch news on iPad. Not a big deal as it was an amazing price for such a nice place."

The owner was extremely kind, and went out of his way to help. We had made reservations at the last minute, after having a negative experience with a vacation rental. It was such a relief, walking into Hotel Seranata, and be greeted with such positive energy."
