"If you like big resorts, this might be the one for you. The resort itself is beautiful, well maintained, and has a nice pool/lagoon and a beautiful beach. There is also a good variety of food. However, the service was disappointing and understaffed. The check-in process took way too long, and getting to and from the rooms took a lot of time. The resort is very large, so there is a lot of walking, and when you call for a ride, the wait can be quite long. Breakfast was another issue. Most mornings, we waited at least 20 minutes for coffee. Sometimes I would finish eating before the coffee was even served. There is also very little convenience outside the resort, so you need to take a taxi to get around town. The resort has several restaurants, but it was difficult to get a reservation, so we ended up eating at the buffet every day. Overall, this is a beautiful resort, but be prepared for large crowds, lots of walking, long waits, and inconsistent service. If you prefer smaller, quieter resorts with more personalized service, this may not be the best choice."

"Communicating with Claudine was easy and she was very accommodating. When we reached there Deane met us. She is a very friendly and helpful person. Always with a smile. She called us several times to check if everything was okay. Our family loved the property and the pool was a big hit. A very spacious home and well equipped. The rooms were relatively large and bathrooms had modern fixtures. Towels and beach towels were plenty. The highlight is they provide two chef cooked breakfast or one dinner. We opted for a full Jamaican dinner. We had to pay for the groceries. They went out of their was to provide us ingredients for our dietary needs. It was a great dinner. The house has two floors and each have a full kitchen. Although it is about 25 minutes from Montego Bay, it’s still a worthwhile stay. We highly recommend this place. Oh then there is Owen, their caretaker. He is such a friendly and caring individual always checking on us as he was concerned about our safety."

"The housekeeper Melissa was excellent! She was only a text or phonecall away. She came by to check on us when she was unable to reach us by phone. Always pleasant and welcoming. The apartment was clean, nicely decorated & maintained, spacious and in a great location, close enough to Lucea and Montego Bay. The security can be difficult to get past; even after the 3rd day the verification to get through the gate was tedious. The host was totally unresponsive to communication, thank God for Melissa."
