The staff was exceptional and the young lady at the desk helped us tremendously when the train app was down last night so she fiund in online and printed a copy for us. I think her name is Lisa. I especially appreciated the IRONED towels in the bathroom, real touch of elegance!"

"Lovely hotel, friendly staff and fantastic breakfast choice make this an ideal base for a stay in Perugia. Wish we had taken a taxi from the airport as the airlink bus and metro were great but the lack of signage at the back of the hotel and the dreadful paths leading to it meant a poor start to the trip. However that said if ever we came to Perugia again we would most certainly stay at the hotel again. "

"We booked this for easy access to the Jazz festival. It was a great location! We were within walking distance of everything festival related, as well as a grocery store. The house easily accommodated our family with two teenagers. The outdoor space was a great bonus. The host themselves absolutely went above and beyond for us! My husband had a horrible allergic reaction and the host worked so hard for us. Ultimately picking us up, taking us to a doctor and helping us get prescriptions filled. Highly recommend!"

"Very clean room. In old bank building. You take multiple elevators to get to your room which is funky but fun. Staff at desk is fabulous. Breakfast was best we had in Italy "
