Clean room with nice amenities on my first day. However, I was disappointed that there was no daily service for basic cleaning and refreshing coffee pods (I only had coffee for one of my 3-day stays, asking only once but didn't have followup time). The staff was very friendly and the clean room puts it high on my satisfaction.

This was so incredibly clean and comfortable and only 8 minutes from Kings Island! Great stay!!! Note: they are not doing breakfast this winter but we did not mind as the value for this super clean, friendly, and convenient stay to Kings island winterfest only 8 min away was so worth it!!
