"The staff was very welcoming. The front desk was very helpful in providing transportation choices since the hotel is close to metro and bus service. I would like to send a special thank you to ms Elena for resolving a reservation issue. I highly recommend this property to everyone. The breakfast buffet was savory and the cappuccino was excellent. "Booked a triple room for 3 nights. The extra cot came with no duvet. No room service and no kettle or water bottles provided. One of the staff advised the water from toilet tap is drinkable. Had to pay for bottles on first night, refilled from tap from day 2. Got charged €67 for city tax. Positives: nice and helpful staff Buffet breakfast and good dinner service availabl4 at extra cost. Receptionist offered to store luggage after check out. Daily housekeeping. "

"The location is very undesirable; it is surrounded by industrial lots and a highway. There are very limited options for food if you do not have a car given the lack of sidewalks. The hotel restaurant was not open. The staff was very helpful, though, and the room was relatively clean and in good order. One good point is it is close to the airport, which was the main reason I picked it. We had an early flight, and the staff arranged a taxi pick-up for us."

"This hotel is about 20 minutes from Roma Termini - easy to get to once you figure out how! Great restauants nearby (New Age Cafe and the Gelateria were simply amazing)! Earplugs recommended (hospital across the road). Overall a great experience for the more adventurous tourist!"
