I had to stand outside for over an hour while I waited for them to find me a different cabin. Finally, they did. The cleaning lady said they had double booked everything, but she took care of me and put me in a different cabin and then I had a nice experience for the rest of my stay."

Great place to stay. The property is immaculate and has a lovely garden area with a picnic table. Plenty of parking. The cute garages are a great place for sitting in the shade in the provided chairs or for letting young children play on a rainy day. Hopscotch anyone? We had a problem with the TV when we arrived and late in the evening the staff walked us through the steps needed to get the streaming service reset and were ready to come back to do it if that hadn’t worked. This place is amazing. We stayed in Love Potion #9 room. It was cozy and clean with a very comfortable bed and had a small balcony overlooking the lake. The grounds look like a botanical garden. The free breakfast (8-9:30) was fantastic. Great place for a romantic getaway just 10 minutes from downtown Hot Springs. We liked it so much we booked an extra night. Do yourself a favor a book a room here!

We had some minor little bugs by our bed, some were dead and alive. They were NOT bedbugs. It wasn't such an issue that we complained, but it did make us take pause for a moment. The pool was a little murky and did not look very clean and fresh, which deterred me from swimming. The hot tub was great. There is a deep step down that other guests may need to be made aware of when entering or exiting or perhaps a step stool can be placed nearby for use.
