"We had an overnight stay at this hotel. It was a very pleasant stay. The room and the hotel were clean and neatly presented and maintained. The shower was lovely and hot. The car park was abit costly, but we needed to drive. We appreciated that there was a car park on site.
The staff were friendly and helpful. There is a nice lounge area.
We had our evening meal. I had the vegan burger and chips, very tasty. I appreciated a vegan choice, although it was limited.
Breakfast was busy. We were initially taken to a table where the floor had bits of food from a previous guest. We said we did not want to eat there, unless the floor was swept, but they were able to move us, which we appreciated.
I would definitely recommend this hotel. It's also a good location.
