"We had a wonderful stay at Hyatt Vacation Club at Desert Oasis! From the moment we arrived, everyone made our entire party feel welcomed and right at home. The staff was friendly, attentive, and genuinely seemed to care about making sure we had a great experience. A very special thank you to Edwin, who truly went above and beyond for our party. His kindness, professionalism, and willingness to help made a big difference in our stay. It's people like Edwin who turn a good vacation into a memorable one. Our whole group had a great time, and we really appreciated the warm hospitality from everyone we encountered. We felt comfortable, welcomed, and well taken care of throughout our stay. Thank you, Edwin, and the entire Hyatt Desert Oasis team for making our visit so enjoyable. We would definitely recommend this resort to family and friends and look forward to coming back!"

"Everything about our stay was better than we could have imagined! From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by how beautiful and well cared for the entire resort was. Our room was immaculate and comfortable, and the grounds were absolutely beautiful and beautifully manicured. The pool area was gorgeous, and both the food and drinks were exceptional. We also really appreciated the workout facility. It was in excellent condition, very clean, and well maintained—there wasn’t a broken machine in sight! The staff throughout the resort were friendly, welcoming, and incredibly helpful. Their attention to detail and genuine hospitality made our stay even more enjoyable. One of our favorite places to eat was Grapefruit Basil. The food was amazing, the atmosphere was fun, and the staff made the experience extra special. We especially enjoyed getting to know our waitress, Josie. She was so much fun and made us feel right at home. We truly couldn’t have asked for a better experience. It was the perfect place to celebrate our 40th anniversary, and we left with wonderful memories. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend this resort!"
