"The main restaurant had bad service they got our meals wrong dont order their linguine they give it to you dry when you ask for more fettuccine sauce they told us they didn't have anymore then, they forget my spouse meal and when they bring it the meal is drowning in afredo sauce! Bad servi ce at the lounge the waitress never checked on us for more drinks. No parking"

"Photos are very misleading. This is NOT up to embassy suites’ standards. Dirty, messy, grounds that look unkept and need major work. Rooms were old, bathrooms were old. Rooms felt musty and unclean generally. Pool was very dirty and murky. Food was not like any other embassy suites I’ve stayed at. Front desk was extremely unhelpful. My child needed a restroom and we were told there are none. None in lobby, by pool, or anywhere other than the room. If I could give 0 stars I would. Also, the location is NOT Indian wells. It is Palm desert. Horrible experience will not stay again"

"Clean rooms. Great service. Property is older but good shape. Pool area nice but lots of families so if looking for adults only, this is not your place. Poolside bar/snack place is decent. Cabanas for rent are a nice touch. Golf course on property is a really good deal! Not a super fancy course but price was right and lots of fun/challenging. All villas have full kutchen."

"It was okay. However, for the money spent, it really was not all that great. The grounds are ok., no wow factor. I had communicated with the hotel a few days before our stay and requested a room close to the pool area. Instead we were given a room in a building furthest from the pool. Pool bar service was extremely slow. Overall, I feel I overspent on something that just didn't deliver. "
